200 Crochet Blocks is my go-to source for a quick square. I've been saving the ones I haven't used yet for super busy days like this one has turned out to be. I'll be so sad when I run out!
Alhambra was simple to make despite being rated as medium difficulty. Even without stitch diagrams, this book has really well written patterns.
