114::365 parisian square

Pattern: "Parisian Square" from Mon Tricot Knitting Dictionary (Workbook 0D14)

I made this square last night. It is another textural square, but this one uses bobble stitches.

I wonder why my bobble stitches are so much further apart than the ones in the picture. It almost looks like they were flattened out, right?

On the same page, I found this "Flamboyant Flower" motif. I'm thinking that it would make the cutest potholder! I've been making so many squares that I find myself longing to make these circles and hexagons!
