This would have been a small square if I hadn't added two rounds of 3dc clusters. Now it is about 7". The squares from this book vary wildly in size, but at least the directions give you an idea of what size to expect.

The center part in the sparkly blue yarn didn't look that great at first. After I finished the square, I kind of gathered the back. You can see it in the photo below where the circle-shaped ridge is visible. I wish I had taken a before picture! Trust me, it was really rumpled and looked misshapen.
