Pattern: "Square 24" from 101 Crochet Squares by Jean Leinhauser.
This 4 inch square would have been even smaller if I had not substituted stitches for the last round. It was supposed to be a single crochet in each stitch of the previous round. Instead I made a "granny" round of 3dc in each space between 3dc groups.
